Replace unreliable or restrictive alarm controls
Recurring faults, unavailable parts or a shortage of usable zones can make an old alarm panel difficult to live with. You may also want clearer controls, an event history or app functions that the existing equipment cannot provide. Before recommending alarm panel replacement, we inspect the connected detectors, sounders, wiring, wireless devices and signalling equipment. This shows us what can remain, what needs changing and which replacement panels are compatible. We avoid assuming that every part of the alarm must be renewed at the same time.
Independent access to established equipment
We can consider equipment from Texecom, Pyronix, Orisec, Scantronic, Gardtec and Risco. As an independent company, we select from these established manufacturers according to the installation rather than steering every customer towards one brand. A new panel can provide additional zones, clearer event records, app functionality and more capacity for later expansion. Once fitted, we programme the devices, test each zone and set up authorised user codes. We then provide a practical handover so you understand the new controls and messages.

How do we know if the alarm panel needs replacing?
Frequent faults, unavailable parts, limited zones and unreliable controls can indicate that replacement is sensible. We inspect the panel and connected devices first. A repair may still be suitable, so we explain the condition before recommending a new control unit.
Can you keep our existing alarm detectors?
We may be able to retain detectors that remain serviceable and compatible with the replacement panel. We test their operation and check wiring or wireless communication. Any device that cannot be reused is identified clearly in the proposed specification.
Will the new panel support app controls?
App functions are available with suitable control and communication equipment. We discuss the features you need, check connectivity and explain any ongoing service involved. After setup, we show authorised users how to access the agreed controls securely.
